Lightbulb LinQ & NTire programming

Im going to use LinQ in my WEB App as an 3-Tire App.
I have problem of Updating data in Data Layer.

Insert was a bit simple but I cant update my row (Object in linQ) passed to Data Layer.

Any idea?
