Default TYPO3 CMS

Hello all
i've heared about "typo3" as an open source content management system. i download it and began using it it is really intresting specially concerning the issue of user management it provides a lot of features that allows any website administrator to manage and control user access.
i would need to use this CMS as a professional use so i would like to know if anyone has used the TYPO3 CMS before and can give me his FeedBack.

thanks a lot for your contribution.
