Default Update Statement

Hello All,

Is there anyway to update field's partial text use update statement? Similar to find and replace feature in excel? We have a table with have about 1000 rows, one of the column is char, length is 101. Here is one of the record "Region 101 Human Resource Expenses". We need to change the decription to " Region 101 Human Resource Other Services".

Thanks in advance.
April
