Guestbook in PHP
Dear Friends,
1) I am a JAVA programmer and have been requested to design a guest book in PHP.
2) Features:
The user will enter data into the form and the form contents will be submitted as an email to the concerned person.
Typical Information on the form would be Name, Age, etc.
3) Problems being faced by me are:
I am not able to upload the sendmail.php file to the web server. It gives me the following error:
Warning: ftp_put(): /sendmail.php: Forbidden filename in /cp/cp/includes/filesystem.inc.php on line 1137
# File sendmail.php could not be transferred to the FTP server
Please help
Regards,

Sounds like your webserver doesn't support PHP.
Talk to the server Admin..

There must be problem with the ftp process or a specific file of PHP regarding mails may not be installed in the Web Server,so better and first thing is check out the configurations of the Web Server...It May help you a lot.I dont say that this is the problem you are facing this time but this is the most common problem with such issues.Does your site run perfectly on your machine....If it does, then the only problem is with your Web Server.
