Default Requesting Data Input from Operator

How would I write the code that would request input from the operator:

ie... Where o.date is between "enter date" 'mm/dd/yyy 18:00:00' and "enter date" 'mm/dd/yyyy 06:00:00'

Leaving the times always the same but requesting new input for the dates
