Default How to access to HARDWARE INTERRUPTS in VB.NET

Hi,
I'm trying to use parallel port to connect a simple hardware. I need to access to the interrupts of parallel port to aware my program when a pin on port is changed ..

Is it possible in VB.NET or i have to migrate to VC++?

I hope some one could help me

The worst case is that it's not available in VB.NET (seems to be wrong) to get port interrupts, even if we encounter the worst case, you can write a dll in VC++ and use it in your VB.NET program
