conmanclient2 and cmaccept

I try to run conmanclient2 and cmaccept but i already receive the message error: Unable to create process 'conmanclient2': Error 0x2
Please can somebody help me?

I also having the same issue. I think it's mostly due to I'm using Win7 64bit O/S? Please help
