Using the source code

Hi,
Let me just say first that this book has been amazing. I'm loving it very easy to follow.

I do have a question. I just finished Chapter 8 and at the end of the chapter it shows us how to create a template. My question is, are we allowed to use this template for games that we sell? Are there copyright/license restrictions tied to it?
