Reporting Services - Web Services URL

I'm having some difficulty with configuring Reporting Services (Appendix A - p343 )

I have SharePoint 2010 on one server(app server) and SQL Server (database engine,RS,AS) on a seperate Server (database server).

I installed the sharepoint add-in on Database server

I ran the Report Server Configuration tool and configured the service with domain\userA (also on Database server)

when I clicked on the web service URL I received a message relating to the SharePoint object model not loaded

Quote:

The configuration parameter SharePointIntegrated is set to True but Share Point Object Model cannot be loaded. The error was: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.SharePoint, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. File name: 'Microsoft.SharePoint, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c' at Microsoft.ReportingServices.SharePoint.Objects.RSS PImpSecurity.set_StaticCatchAccessDeniedException( Boolean value) at Microsoft.ReportingServices.SharePoint.Server.Shar ePointServiceHelper..ctor() at Microsoft.ReportingServices.SharePoint.Server.Shar ePointServiceHelperFactory.get_ServiceHelper() WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF. To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1. Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging. To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog]. . (rsSharePointObjectModelNotInstalled)
I suspect this means that SharePoint also has to be installed on the database server OR that the SharePoint add-in for Reporting services needs to be installed on the server where SharePoint is installed ?

Please advise.
thanks and regards,
Colm
