You can download a wiseupload for a test

WiseUpload is a JAVA™ component that allows to upload files. This component could be integrated in any JSP/Servlets application. You can store uploaded files in a Folder or in Memory. Restrictions such as file size limit, file types are available. WiseUpload is compliant to RFC1867 (Form-based file upload specification).

Or you can use Apache Commons FileUpload -- http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/fileupload/ -- I've shipped products using it in the past.  I even got it to support localized filenames using UTF8.  It's great!
