Default How to Use the Thousand Separator Formula?

Hi!

I am developing a accounting application using visual basic and ms access. then i use the crystal report 8.5 for report.

plz explain how to use the thousand seperator formula in number field.

like this : Rs.5,55,55,555.55

how did i get like this. plz help!
its too urgent.

It's very simple !

You use format() function.
For example: a = 12345000

textbox.text = Format(a,"#,##0.0") --> 12,345,000.0
or textbox.text = Format(a,"#,###") --->12,345,000

:D
