Default Instance in .NET

I want to know , how can I get an instance of COM+ in .Net
In asp was server.createobject("theobject.theclass")
and in .Net ?

And this is a SQL Language question how?

For ASP questions try one of the forums in the ASP group. More specifically, as your question is about ASP.NET try posting it in the ASP.NET 1.1 forum.

You are much more likely to get a response from one of those forums.
