Default ConcatRelated() all values into one

How do you use ConcatRelated() or something else to pull in all values from one field into one string with comma(s)?

I'm still using that site from that link you've sent me. still no luck yet. These sql codes don't seem to work with what i'm in Excel 2007 Microsoft Visual Basic Module code sheet.
