Default SQL Server 2005 Express with Visual Web Developer
Hi,

Iam using Visual Web Developer and I tried running aspnet_regsql.exe but there's an error.

"Unable to connect to SQL Server 2005 because there is an error in remote connection. Named Piped Provider could not open a connection"

But I checked SQL Server and I have enabled Remote connection.
Pls advise.

what is instance name of your sql server?
execute some test commands on your database through sqlcmd
sqlcmd -s(computer_name)\(instance_name)
