Default reg conn from asp.net to sql

I am trying to open the security tab in the login control (from asp.net website toolbox)I am getting message as:

[u]Provider Management
Could not establish a connection to the database.
If you have not yet created the SQL Server database, exit the Web Site Administration tool, use the aspnet_regsql command-line utility to create and configure the database, and then return to this tool to set the provider. </u>

See I cannot reinstall sql server.Pl tell some other way to proceed with the login control.:(

The error isn't telling you to reinstally SQL Server. It is telling you that you should run the reqsql tool from the command line; have you done that?
