Default Bulk Insert

Hi, why am I writing mails about DTS and BUlk ?? I make some application what read txt and mdb files in the procedure. Procedure create name of table for import data from txt and mdb files. Name of table and input files are changing during run of procedure. I think I can't use DTS because i don't know to give to package other name in cycle always. I decided to do it by bulk insert. Is it possible import access and text files by bulk insert ? What is solution ot this problem for me ?
Lubo
