Default backing up through USB

hi there...
i am developing a project for a high school teacher to help her enter
student names and later enter marks of all the tests and it calculates the total marks and gives the grades. my problem is that she can't be carrying her computer machine to school every time she needs to submit the marks to the school heads. for this reason i wish to be able to use a flashdisk to transport the reports to school for them to be printed there or alternatively to carry the report to a cyber cafe for printing (teacher has no printer).please i need your help as soon as possible. am using visual studio 2005 VB .Net and Sql 2000
