Default Coding APIs in Visual Basic.NET 2003

How do you code the viewing of Windows APIs in VisualBasic.NET (.NET 2003)? I have tried code found on the internet, and obviously something is missing. Are there things that must be declared, and/or imported into the application to view the APIs?
Thanks for you help.

Default

What do you mean by "code the viewing of..."? What APIs are you trying to use?
