Default Running my VB 2005 exe file

After I have built my code and I want to run my VB 2005 Express edition exe file on another system without VB 2005 Express edition installed on it I get an error an the application terminates without running. How can I solve this problem? Someone Please help me.

it tells me "The applicatio failed to initialize (0xc0000135). Click ok to terminate"

The first thing I would do is examine the logs on the computer (application, system and error logs) with event viewer to see if that sheds any light.

i figured out that you must install dotnet framework and windows installer 3.1 on any system you want to run your package that does not have the installed visual basic 2005 express edition. that was the source of my error. Thanks
