Default Connecting Microsoft Visual studio 2005 to Microsoft Excel

Hi all,
Can you give me suggest how to transfer data (text) from a text box or list box to a cell in microsoft excel?

Hi

If you are familiar with VBA it would be doing the same old code from the .NET (by adding Reference to Excel Object Library).
