Default Get a TXT file containing information on VB6

I need a vb6 source file in the c: \ file1 \ test1.txt that contains two columns, the first column Mybabshd coordinates X and Y in the second column is Mhtsat get the following arithmetic
x2-x1, y2-y1 - to Xn-Xn-1, Yn-Yn-1
Do it in the c: \ file2 \ text2.txt Save to
