Default Downloading VB 2008 Express

My download stops after the first three files. The fourth file would be the MS VB2008 Express Edition, but the reconnect to the server fails.
My Word2000 has a Visual Basic Editor 6.3 loaded - could that be an interference?
I would appreciate a tip on how to proceed. Thanks
