Default Resizing Controls

Hi all,
Why why why, when i want a 12 pixel border between the right hand edge of my control and the right hand edge of my form the control overshoots the form width by loads!
Any clues because my calculations are correct the sizing that the form does is wrong!
I use the Form Resize sub routine!

Cheers in Advance
