Default Visual Studio 2005 (PRO)

i got VS2005 and i want to build Native windows application and still be able to draw the form like CLR but without the need of .NET runtimes... If i start a MFC project i cant draw my App GUI..

can i build native windows applications with VS200 and still be able to draw the GUI?
