I just join a new company and my company is providing services in vb and asp and I dont want to work on these technology can i shift my company business to c# from vb in a step by step manner. Means that can we use c# and vb simultenously in our running project, means that can i transfer little bit business of our vb base project to c#

I think you should go for C# because Microsoft promotes C# and VB more than J#.

J# is just a programming environment for the Java programmers to know about the Microsft Visual Studio features.
