Default Data Entry Form in VB.Net 2002

Can anybody send me a code for Data Entry Form in VB.Net 2002. Which contains [Next, Previous, First, Last, Find] ==> navigation buttons. And Data updates buttons : New, Edit, Save, Cancel. Table [Employee] structure is, emp_code char 5, emp_name nvarchar 50, emp_address varchar 100.
