Default Professional XML - Not So Good

I had a Wrox book on XML some years ago - I think it was called Professional XML. I lost it, and repurchased when I returned to doing some XML work recently.

Either I have lost my marbles, or the new version is a different book. I see a post on this forum that leads me to believe that the previous version is gone, its copyright owned by Apress maybe.

The new version is extremely poor. As an example, unless I missed something, the section on DTDs does not even hint at how to create mixed PCDATA/element content - an extremely common content model in many cases.

Many other topics are covered in a very superficial way.

If this is indeed a different book under the same title (I am not totally sure that it is) it is unconscionable.

This one, unlike some of my favourite Wrox titles, is headed for the recycle bin.
