Default Error 70: Permission denied

Hey guys! I was programming a remote administration programme that copies itself to the windows dir on the system, "C:\WINNT\" on Win NT and 2000, "C:\WINDOWS\" on Windows 95, 98 and ME. As I run Win200Pro, it copies itself to the windows dir "WINNT", and modifies the registry that it starts up when windows starts. It then goes listening as a daemon for incoming connections and commands. When I run it from another location, but not the windows dir, it works fine, but when I try to run it from "C:\WINNT\", it gives this :(lovely:( error: "Error 70 : Permission Denied". I've tried some things but they don't work. Does anyone know how to make this work?
