WHy would your instructor ask you to show a working example of a database unless it was one you had created yourself?

Access has database wizards with many examples of databases. Just start a new database wizard and create one. Select to add sample data, and your work is done.

You can also go to the Microsoft Office web site and download tons of Access templates (sample databases).
