Default need help in ms access report...

Hi..everyone..

I have a database table for club members.E.g.:

No. Name Birthdate Payment
1 Liza 20-06-76 10.00
2 Muthu 13-01-70 0.00
3 Meng 02-12-69 30.00
4 David 28-07-65 0.00
Default value for payment = 0

Questions:
1)When I run a report using this table,I don't it shows the figure '0.00' or '0' if there are no payment. Just leave a column blank.
2) Every 1st of month my database will run a report automatically.Is it possible????
