I think you can forget about that. ASP and ASP.NET are *so* different, there is no point in upgrading.

Even if there are tools that claim to do it (don't know), I don't believe it. There are so many vital differences between the two, there is no way you can upgrade an ASP page and expect it become an ASP.NET application.

You may end up with ASP style ASP.NET pages with the old spaghetti style coding, which, IMHO, is as good as not upgrading at all.
