hi,

you must be aware that web applications in general are stateless. That means when your application will have zero hits at any moment then it won't be running. So what you want to achieve can only be achieved via a seprate application which should update and do what ever you want at a fix time. This application can be scheduled by using windows schedular. But for that you need access previleges at your web server. Another option is to develop a windows service.
