No. Each instance of Visual Studio will create a project file so, in your case, you will have 3 project files each with a different list of dependencies.

What you could do is when everyone has completed there part of the project take all off the class files and aspx files and place them in one project folder and refresh your view in visual studio and then include those added files in the project. Again, this will ONLY work if everyone of your team members named their project the same thing other wise you will get a Namespace error.
