Hi,


I've never done it myself, but here Combine Web and Windows Services to Run Your ASP.NET Code at Scheduled Intervals you can find an msdn article describing it.

You'll have to be able to deploy a windows service to your application server though...

So, as an alternative you could also just write a vbs or use wget and schedule it with the windows task scheduler.
