Default Ron, I am in the process of reading your book.

Ron, I am in the process of reading your book that I bought from Barnes & Noble but when I received your book I was disappointed that you did not include a cd with the code nor did you include a PDF version of your book either on a cd or as a download. After buying the hardcopy book I don't want to pay more for a PDF version. I need to have the option to read your book on my computer because last year I lost an eye and it is difficult to read the hardcopy. I have successfully downloaded the book's code from this wrox site. I have seen other posts that individuals can not restore/attach the SQL Server database Microsoft Contos BI Demp Dataset for Retail Industy to SQL Server 2012 Express. With Microsoft's help, I have obtained a modified version of this database that DOES restore/attach to SQL Server 2012 Express and it works great in PowerPivot for Excel 2010. I would be willing to trade this modified database for a copy of your book in PDF format.
