Default How to Upload Access DB to the intranet

Hi All,
I have created an Access DB with some forms, queries and VBA. I want to set up a few different levels of access right and put it on the intranet. So that my colleagues (roughly about 15) can use it if they are connected to the LAN.
As I'm new to Access and programming, what's the easiest and quickest way to meet my needs?
1) Allow users to log in the system with their username and password.
2) Different leverls of access right (e.g. Read-Only, Edit, Admin)
3) Access the Database thru LAN
4) Multi-users to use the DB at the same time
5) Audit Tracking
I need these solutions ASAP.
Thank you very much for your help!!
