Quick answer:
1. Ensure database is in wwwroot (iis) or htdocs (apache).
2. If Apache, make sure you have an ASP server (SUNOne or similar) or php / similar
3. In Dreamweaver, create a new page (asp) and use the database link on the application tab in the toolbar to launch the wizard.
 (This only works on a proper copy of Dreamweaver MX, the trials won't let you do this.)
You'll still need to use a bit of common sense to work around the wizard but the help files are pretty easy to understand!
