What's the name of your SQL Server?
server=CHARUL\NetSDK indicates a named instance NetSDK on machine CHARUL. Unless you only installed MSDE as part of the Visual Studio Setup then this is probably wrong - you only need named instances when you want to run several versons of SQL Server concurrently on the same PC. If you installed SLQ Server (e.g. standard) with default values, then all you need is server=(local); or if it's on another pc then the name of that PC.
