As brian replied above, if your MSDE is installed on your development itself. You just need to change "CHARUL\NETSDK" to "server=(local)". Alternatively you can also define server name as "MACHINE NAME\INSTANCE NAME" syntax. The second approach is more usefull where you database is installed somewhere else in the network, but can also be used for standalone machine.
