Default Search criteria, create new worksheet

I just want to know if this is possible:

I want to compare a certain column in a worksheet against 15 search criteria. If any row contains a column that matches one of the criteria, I want that row taken out and put into a new worksheet. The first row that matches should create the new worksheet, and any additional matching rows should be added to it.
