  If you try in asp file, there is a chance of Timeout Expired error.  So
you write the code in vbs file and call that file in ASP file, which will be
100% success of mail delivery despite of the components.

Dear Martin,

Code will almost similar to asp.  Save the file in .vbs extension.  Once 
it is saved, go to exact path in command prompt and call the file.  That 
file will execute as a command.
