aspdotnet_website_programming thread: Can't rebuilt the all site

Message #1 by "Paolo Grilli" <paolo.grilli@u...> on Wed, 15 Jan 2003 16:26:48 +0100
I downloaded the Thephile site but I can't rebuild it!!!
I have something like this:
c:\wrox\keys
c:\wrox\thephile
inside c:\wrox\thephile I have Thephile.sln
I open It with Visual Studio Net beta2 and I can't rebuild it:
I have many messages like:

The type or namespace
name 'AdsManager' does not exist in the class or
namespace 'Wrox.WebModules' (are you missing an assembly reference?)
C:\ThePhile\Controls\SiteHeader.ascx.cs(11): The type or namespace
name 'Business' does not exist in the class or
namespace 'Wrox.WebModules.Accounts' (are you missing an assembly
reference?)

ecc...

Please help me!
Thanks

Paolo Grilli

1) There is no need to use beta2, get the real thing. It's on-line and
even in Windows Update these days. It's free AND the betas may simply
not work.

2) Make sure you know the basics of how .Net works before starting with
this more advanced project. I strongly recommend using Visual Studio.
(If you do it by hand you've got to know a whole lot more!)

3) Have you checked previous posts to this forum? (If not you should
check them first before posting new messages.)
