beginning_php thread: Session Cache Delimiters Problem

Message #1 by "Deepak Kumar Vasudevan" <deepak@c...> on Mon, 1 Apr 2002 09:07:37 +0530
Hi,

Have this at the start of your files, before doing any include:

ob_start(); #This should enable output buffering. In this case, you can
proceed to send HTTP Headers even after HTML output has been sent to the
browser.

Verify that the session.save_path is properly configured in PHP.INI

The default value is /tmp and it should be modified to something like

C:/Winnt/Temp/PHP/SessionData/
or
C:/Temp/Php/SessionData/

and verify that /PHP/SessionData path exists. (I recommend the former path
of C:/Winnt/... since it is safe against accidental deletions of C:/Temp
folders..

Hope this solves your problem...

With Best Regards,
