beginning_php thread: Update field type enum doesn't work

Message #1 by "Gellings, C.O." <gellingsco@p...> on Tue, 7 May 2002 14:20:24 +0200
Hi folks,

I try to update a fields, type = enum values are ('1','2','3') or
('L','C','R') de query string I create looks normal, butit won't execute.
I've copied and pasted it in phpmyadmin to execute it there and each time I
get the message that an error occured near the field which is of type enum.
If I leave the field value and name out of the query string it executes!!!!

Anybody seen this before and solved it????

Grrrrrrrrr,

Carl
