beginning_php thread: E-Mail in HTML format

Can you tell me how to specify the.... 

rather where to specify that the email sent is in HTML formal... 

I can send e-mail using mail() function but now i want to send email in 
HTML format. 
I mean the e-mail will be typed in HTML format bu user should see it as 
WEB PAGE !!

Okay, I think I know what you mean... :)

What you're asking about is MIME email. There's a great, substantial 
article on the Zend site on this very exact topic. See:
