Hi,
I am wondering if anyone could just give me an explanation on what
exclamation is and  how to use it php.I am getting mix up with its
definition. I have come acrossed it in some many codes and it is
becoming
another php monster to me.
Just to avoid memorisation,I am getting confuse.Please any help??
