I bumped into this problem also. The fix, if I remember correctly was to

change the field type from date/time to date.

Hi gaya,

             Yes . this problem is generally called impedance mismatch.

it is because of the way different type of data is handled by different

languages.

             you should use cdate() function to supply values to the

parameters of the crystal reports.

Dear Gayatri,

use date(yyyy, mm, dd)

For example if you want to send 13 mar 2001 send this wat

crystalreport1.selectionformaula="{FieldName}=date(2001, 03,13)"

Hi Gayathri,

 You have to convert the date into the following format. I am using the function

Date_string(date1 as string)

Filter_cond = Date_String(Dtpstart(n).Value)

Private Function Date_String(ByVal DateChars As String) As String

    Dim td As Date

    td = CDate(DateChars)

    Date_String = "Date(" & Year(td) & "," & Month(td) & "," & Day(td) & ")"

End Function

I think this will help you.
