I had the same error in crystal 8.0 it's quite a common error when using
the crystl32.ocx, I found a lot of information on this error by entering
the error number on crystal decisions website. Can't remember all of the
things to check but , I think it had something todo with the connection
p2sodbc.dll I was using which crystal decisions has a patch for..  There
are several things to try.
