Thanks in advance.

Hello ALL, A complete new user to Crystal Reports and on top of it a
Software tester.

Our Software
We have an application that uses MDAC 2.6, ADO, MS ACCESS 2000, VB 6.0 &
Crystal Reports 8.0

Problem Scenario
A client installed our software application package on a Windows 2000
Professional machine as an Administrator. Our software works fine. But,
if the client logs on to the same machine as a Poweruser and when
he(she) runs our application he gets the error message --- "Run-time
error-'713': Application-defined or object-defined error" and our
software application terminates. This happens only when he logs on as a
Poweruser.
Our software uses Crystal Reports during initial startup of the
application.

Primary Tests and Wild Guesses
I added three new Widnows 2000 Professional machines on our test
bench - On two machines, our application crashes while running in
Poweruser mode and on the third, it does not. I am really amazed
.......................... IMO, this behaviour may be due to some file
permissions for Powerusers.
But before shooting arrows in the dark, I thought may be I should
talk to all of you and see if any one among you has observed this
problem.

Thank you

Amit
