crystal_reports thread: "Error deleted by database DLL."

Message #1 by "arica alagh" <aarica@h...> on Thu, 14 Nov 2002 14:54:34 +0000
Hi friends,

I have made a setup package and when I install on the users machine and try
to run it. The application comes up and when I try to click on anything it
throws an error "Error deleted by database DLL." The application is written
in VB6, database is MSAccess and it uses Crystal reports to give out
reports to the user.

Please any help would be appriciated. I am in a time crunch.

Thank you,
Arica.

Dear Arica ,

You did not incorporated the dependancy file for crystal report
.
I will send you the list of files for crystal report which is
required on client machine...
Try to add those in the system32 if NT or System folder if 95/98
And register them .
And then try to run your application and see if it is running or
not
if yes incorporate the dlls and ocx files to your vb setup

List:
crpaig32.dll
crystl32.ocx
Cryptui.dll
crxlat32.dll
crpe32.dll

Regards,
Madhav
